Kayla's birthday party
The boys made a new friend last Saturday. It was Kayla's birthday party. Actually Kayla did visit them in the hospital when they were born, and also during their 1st mth party....and during Immanuel's first mth party..
Our caregroup has started multiplying....with a total of 4 babies born from 2006 - 2007..I believe strongly that it's the LORD's plan to raise a whole new generation of GOD fearing children, brought up in the ways of the LORD..
Desmond and I make it a point to bring the babies to the church's nursery every Sunday..coz we wana establish a habit both in us as well as the babies to attend children's church on a weekly basis..
Even though there may be a lot of logistics involved, we feel that our efforts are not wasted at the end of the day coz in the long run, the kids will get accustomed to attending church every week and on our part as parents, we will have no problem bringing the kids to church, and with ample practice, it will become second nature for us to bring our kids along to church.

Mommy and Joseph

Isaac's and Joseph's weights as of 3 weeks ago were 7.7 kg and 8 kg respectively. Right now, they are super active babies, flipping over from one side to another..
Des and I have started bringing them back home on a daily basis..so as to give my mom a good rest. Isaac and Joseph will be expecting a baby cousin to arrive in the Chua family, 2 months down the road. As such, in our desire not to tire my mom out, we've decided to bring them back, so that she can have a good rest to face the day. Looking after 3 babies is not an easy task and ample rest is definitely needed.
Right now, the babies are progressing pretty well and I guess in a couple of weeks or so, they should be able to sleep independantly throughout the night already.

Elated parents
My "baby" and I have been really proud parents of the pair of miracle boys-yes, that's what I'm going to name them, indeed miracle babes given by the LORD. We just brought Joseph back home on Sunday(it's definitely a milestone attained for my "bb" and I coz we have always been thinking of bringing them back on a weekday but kept proscrastinating it - the thought of having to wake up for night feeds and the repercussions of insufficient sleep kinda repelled us from going ahead with such plans.
However, we did it and we made it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We brought back Joseph for the first time on a Sunday night when we know that Monday is a working day. Guess what, our darling son slept throughout the night for 6 and 1/2 hrs....that's a "breakthrough" for us in fact....:-) and we are going to continue doing that from now on.
Let's take a look at the milestones the boys have attained by now.
1) smile and coo - very early stage, shortly after confinement
2) Holding the rattle - 2 months
3) Raise Neck when on tummy - 2 months
4) Rolling over - 3-4 months
5) Eating solids - 4 months
