Mommy has not updated our blog for quite a while and guess what, she spotted Joseph doing something on his own for the first time since we were born!!!!!!!
He prayed on his own!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The prayer went like this, " Thank you JESUS...............xxxxxxxxxxxx(Jo was muttering something that seemed totally alien to mommy, but she definitely knew he was praying, coz he put both his fist together and ended the whole prayer with an Amen..)
Wow, mommy was truly amazed when she saw that..

We were at Clarke Quay today with daddy, mommy, ah man, ah Ghim and Jayden didi. The weather was really good and we had a great time roaming around the whole area. The entire place looked very colonial and we felt like we were in Europe. Mommy prepared Moshi burger style, rice burgers for us and we finished all of them.

Daddy and mommy brought us to Sentosa. Auntie Carmen wanted to bring her dogs to the island for a dip but backed out in the end, coz their dog, Lexxi had got a ear infection. Uncle Chris and Auntie Pauline were there with Cooper but we missed each other, somehow coz mommy's handphone encountered some problems. Despite that, it was really enjoyable and we had a great time playing with the "jumping water", i.e in other words, it's the water feature at Palawan beach. Then we saw a beautiful peacock(another new word that we learned) at Imbiah Lookout. We had a ride on the tram and we loved it so much that we started whining when daddy and mommy had to carry us out of it. We were both intrigued by the enormous space all around us and daddy and mommy had a hard time trying to run after us..We took a bus ride from Imbiah to the beaches, namely Siloso, Palawan..Thereafter, we had sandwiches packed by mommy early in the morning. It was a Pooh shaped egg sandwich. We fell asleep soon after we were strapped to the car seat. We headed for home at arnd 12 noon.
We had a short nap and played at home w daddy, mommy and Jayden till our grand uncle arrived. It was his birthday on 9th Aug but we celebrated a day later for him and treated him to dinner, with crab, salted egg prawns, yam ring, teo chew style steamed fish, pork ribs and sweet potato leaves.

We were @ MacRitchie today..Look at the scenic environment! We really had a great time there, walking and running around, as well as "singing" at the top of our voices. Daddy was extremely satisfied with the place after it's been revamped. Besides, the best part about is place is that parking is totally FOC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We picked up names of 2 types of dog breeds today, namely golden retriever and siberian husky and we saw fish in the reservoir.
We loved the stairs and had great fun with daddy swinging us in the air.
The whole outing ended at 7 pm and we headed straight for dessert(that's a new word we learnt today). Mommy delegated the maid to cook beef bolognaise for us and it was yummilicious. Hence, we merely had cheese cake and apple pie at Miss Clarity Cafe(run by a christian). After having had our dessert, we went straight home and hit the sack.

Mommy prepared Pooh Bento for us to bring to the pool today. She prepared 2 more pooh bears for Cousin Jayden and Zacchery gor gor(Auntie Doo Guat's son)

We call this vehicle a bus. Daddy and mommy drove us to Thomson and parked their car there, before we switched to this huge vehicle, called bus. It was a 20 mins ride before we reached Orchard Road.

We had our mother's day celebration @ Spring Court restaurant last Sunday, 10 May 2009. Mommy didn't take any pictures coz she forgot to insert the memory card into her cam..
Anyhow, it's registered in our memories already.
Mommy is planning a ladies' night out with grandma and yi yi, as a special gift for granny, to watch the live performance of the Peranakan Ball at Singapore Indoor Stadium this Saturday, 16 May 2009.
The gift is shared by daddy, mommy and yi yi for our beloved "Ah Mah"

She took leave specially for her 2 lovely boys to prepare dinner for them. Seeing them wipe out all the food on the plate, she felt that all her efforts did not go to waste after all...:-)

I'm back after taking a break for 4 long mths, totally off from my blog...and am coming back in action...haha!!
I just started on my work from home scheme, about 3 mths ago and from the day i was at home till today, i realise I hardly have time for Noelle Chua...(nope I'm not complaining, but it's a fact *wink*)...so I'm making plans to set aside some time for myself and JESUS...yea...I really miss those moments..
my bb signed me up for keyboard classes which I'm attending on a weekly basis for 12 lessons and I realise music is my best mode of communication with the LORD. I'll sing to the LORD and worship HIM..whenever i'm stressed out by the kids or misunderstandings with my mom in the care of the babies..
Alright, so much about mommy(me) and now...Isaac and Joseph..tada
I've taken quite a bit of pics but haven't had the time to upload them, or I would say it's plain laziness...hahaha-nowadays bedtime is so precious to mommy and daddy...that makes them wana do nothing but sleeep.zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

2) walking - 14-15 mths but most preferred action is still crawling..haha

4) dance to music - started before they turned 1 but now more intense...behaving like a disk jockey, pressing on the keyboard, shaking the head and dancing to the beat...

Wow it's amazing how much the boys have grown. I'm even startled as their own mommy to see them developing by leaps and bounds each day.
"Aren't their legs long hehe?" They are both standing at approximately 80 cm now...not sure if this height is considered tall for 9 mths' old babies.

Mommy finally settled with an adidas bag for the kids after taking into consideration several factors

1) Daddy thinks the yellow Mt Alvernia bag given by the hospital looks a bit childlandish on him...ahahha..like a primary school kid

2) Mommy thinks the orange bag looks like a "king-kong" bag and looks too humungous on Lusia(the Indonesian maid)...seems like she's carrying a huge rock..

3) Mommy decided that the Adidas bag can be carried by anyone..and she simply loves the design..(the latest Spring design)

Kayla's birthday party

The boys made a new friend last Saturday. It was Kayla's birthday party. Actually Kayla did visit them in the hospital when they were born, and also during their 1st mth party....and during Immanuel's first mth party..
Our caregroup has started multiplying....with a total of 4 babies born from 2006 - 2007..I believe strongly that it's the LORD's plan to raise a whole new generation of GOD fearing children, brought up in the ways of the LORD..
Desmond and I make it a point to bring the babies to the church's nursery every Sunday..coz we wana establish a habit both in us as well as the babies to attend children's church on a weekly basis..
Even though there may be a lot of logistics involved, we feel that our efforts are not wasted at the end of the day coz in the long run, the kids will get accustomed to attending church every week and on our part as parents, we will have no problem bringing the kids to church, and with ample practice, it will become second nature for us to bring our kids along to church.
